The PHC funded projects in eight locations throughout the Commonwealth to gain appreciation, understanding, and recognition for past and present Pennsylvania writers. Grawe, Oliver R. (Oliver Rudolph), 1901-1965

Oliver R. Grawe was an associate professor of mineralogy at the School of Mines and Metallurgy at The Pennsylvania State University from 1935 to 1946.
